Green Spaces: Next to Gijsbrecht van Aemstelpark, ideal for outdoor activities. Tram stop for lines 5 and 25 is just 150 meters away, with connections to Zuidas Offices/Station Zuid (3 stops). Metro 51 provides fast access to Central Station and beyond. Business district/Train station Zuid: 4 minutes by tram. VU University: 6-minute walk or 1 tram stop. City center: 8 minutes via metro from Station Zuid. Amenities: A short walk to Café Coffee District Buitenveldert, a modern space for meeting and working. Buitenveldert is a quiet, green area surrounded by various parks including the Amsterdamse Bos and Amstelpark. It is located near to the "Groot Gelderlandplein", a luxurious indoor shopping centre where you can go for your daily shopping as well as various fashion and specialty stores. They will take you to Amstelveen or the nearby Zuid-WTC station where you can transfer to the North/South line and you will be at Amsterdam Central Station within 10 minutes. By car you can easily reach the A-10 motorway and have a good connection to Schiphol, Utrecht and Haarlem. There are also several schools in the area such as the International School, De Vrije Universiteit and the Amsterdam UMC, location VUmc.
